Something not working, or not making sense? Write to hello@couragehorizon.com and a person will read it. We aim to reply within two working days.

It helps if you say which iPhone you have, which version of iOS it is running, and what you were doing when the problem happened.

Deleting your account

You can do this yourself, inside the app: You · Settings · Delete account. It removes your account and your learning data, and it cannot be undone. You do not need to email us, and we will not ask you why.

Moving to a new phone

Agni starts you off anonymously, which means your progress lives on that device until you save it. Go to You · Settings and link an Apple, Google or email account, and it will follow you to a new phone. If you skipped that step and no longer have the old device, the progress is not recoverable, which is the honest trade for not making you sign up before you had seen anything.

The score has not moved

The AI Literacy Score measures understanding you have demonstrated, not lessons you have opened. It moves by roughly a point per lesson, and it moves when you answer the checks correctly. A slow-moving score is usually the score working properly rather than a fault.

I took the test on the website

If you took the AI Literacy Score test at couragehorizon.com/agni and left your email address, you were given a claim code. Enter it during onboarding to carry that result into the app. If you no longer have the code, sign in with the same email address you used on the website and we will match it up for you.

Reminders are not arriving

Check that notifications are switched on for Agni in your iPhone Settings, and then in You · Settings inside the app. Both have to be on. We send one reminder a day at most, and only if you have not done a lesson yet.

Privacy and your data

What we collect and what we do with it is set out on the privacy page. To ask what we hold about you, write to hello@couragehorizon.com.
