- Your accounts software, your booking system and your email each do their own job. None of them chases a customer, answers a new enquiry or pulls the week together for you. AI agents work alongside the software you already have and fill the gaps between it.
- Do I need anyone technical?
- No. We set everything up, run it and fix it. You see what each agent has done, approve anything that needs approving, and ask for changes in plain words.
- What if it does not work for us?
- Then you do not pay for it. Your first week is free. Outside cohort one, setup is £1,500 and puts your first agent live in two weeks; if you do not switch it on, we refund the £1,500 in full.
- Can the bill run away from me?
- No. You set a monthly limit for AI use and nothing can spend past it. The Hub shows what each day cost and what your agents did for it, and warns you before you reach the limit.
- Where does our data go?
- Before anything is switched on, we tell you exactly what each agent reads and where it is processed. Anything an agent would send to a customer can wait for your approval first.
- Who will I speak to?
- The person who builds your AI agents. We are a small independent company in London, and the call is with the one doing the work.
