By downloading or using Coppice, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. About Coppice

Coppice is an AI-powered relationship management application developed by Courage Horizon. The app is available on iOS via the Apple App Store.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use Coppice. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account with anyone else or use another person's account without their permission. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Coppice is a subscription, offered on two plans: £4.99 per month, billed from confirmation of purchase with no free trial, or £34.99 per year with the first 7 days free. Prices shown are in GBP; prices in other regions may differ and the exact price is always shown in the App Store before you confirm. Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store. The following terms apply:

• Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account on confirmation of purchase, or at the end of the free trial where one is offered.
• If you start the 7-day free trial on the annual plan and then subscribe, any unused part of that trial is forfeited.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time through your iPhone's App Store subscription settings (Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions).
• No refunds are issued for partial subscription periods, except where required by law.
• We reserve the right to change subscription pricing. Any price changes will be communicated with reasonable notice and will take effect from your next renewal.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Coppice for any unlawful purpose.
• Input information about others without a legitimate personal or professional reason to do so.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the app.
• Use the app in a way that could damage, disable, or impair our servers or networks.
• Use automated tools to access or scrape the app.

6. User Data

You own the data you enter into Coppice. By using the app, you grant us a limited licence to store and process that data solely for the purpose of providing the service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. AI Features

Coppice uses AI to provide suggestions, generate responses, and analyse relationship data. AI-generated content is provided for informational and organisational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated suggestions, and you should use your own judgement when acting on them.

8. Intellectual Property

Coppice and all related content — including the app, branding, and software — are owned by Courage Horizon and protected by intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Coppice is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from loss of data. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it from within the app (Settings → Delete Account).

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated via the app or email.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
